We are searching for an experienced Veterinary Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated and compassionate team. Veterinary Assistant Duties

• Assist in collecting specimens and performing routine laboratory procedures and diagnostic testing
• Support diagnostic, medical, and surgical procedures using advanced veterinary equipment
• Assist with patient restraint, handling, and nursing care
• Educate clients on preventive healthcare, vaccines, flea and heartworm prevention, and additional veterinary services
• Clean, maintain, and sterilize instruments, equipment, and treatment areas
• Restock exam rooms and maintain a clean hospital environment
• Support patient comfort and assist with daily hospital operations

Customer Service Representative Duties

• Greet, check in, and room patients with professionalism and compassion
• Schedule appointments and manage multiple phone lines
• Process payments accurately and reconcile the cash drawer daily
• Communicate with clients through phone, email, and text correspondence
• Educate clients on veterinary services, products, medications, and preventive care recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
• Process communication from clients, vendors, and partnering veterinary hospitals
• Work collaboratively with all team members to support hospital operations and patient care

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant veterinary or customer service experience preferred
